Seal every toolyour AI uses

Zoro checks every MCP tool at the moment your agent uses it, against a public, tamper-evident record of what that tool is supposed to be.

Free, local, and you never need a token to be protected.

send_email()

[Zoro] “send_email” is unavailable because a security review found this tool version unsafe. The call did not run. Incident: INC-…. Tell the user, or continue without this tool.

INTEGRATIONS

Plays well with others

Zoro sits between the clients you already use and the servers you already installed. Onboarding reads your configurations, routes them through the gateway, and one action restores the originals.

Zoro is one product
with parts that each do one job

A gateway in the path of every call, an auditor that shows its evidence, and public records nobody can quietly rewrite, including Zoro.

Gateway

Your clients connect to Zoro instead of each server. Every definition is fingerprinted, only sealed versions reach the agent, and every call is allowed, asked about or blocked.

Sentinel auditor

Rules anyone can re-run, a diff against the last sealed version, and an AI review that must quote the text it objects to. Uncertain means pending, never sealed.

Definition pinning

The agent only ever reads text that was sealed. When a server changes a tool, the new version is held back and checked; it is never forwarded “just this once”, not even inside an error. Watch it happen in the Lab.

Ledger on Hedera

Verdicts, revocations and disputes on a consensus topic with independent timestamps. Your own calls are only ever anchored as Merkle roots.

Human Seal with World ID

Overrides and risky actions need a fresh proof from a real person, bound to that exact action and usable once.

Your guard at the moment of use
not just at install time

Checks every call

Not once at install time: every call, against the live fingerprint.

Prevents, not reports

Poisoned descriptions never reach the model in the first place.

Shared, verifiable trust

The first gateway to meet a bad version protects everyone else.

Explains everything

Every block shows the rule, the diff and the evidence behind it.

Three protection profiles

Standard

Default

Balanced protection for individuals. Sealed tools run; warnings and risky data flows ask first; payments and signing need a Human Seal.

Use Standard
  • Sealed tools: allow. Sealed-with-warnings tools: ask. Pending, unsafe, revoked or contradicted versions are always blocked.
  • When a quarantined version is sealed — cosmetic change: release automatically; documentation: release automatically; functional: ask; capability expansion: always ask.
  • Calls to tools that can financial action, transaction signing always ask first, with a Human Seal.
  • If content from a untrusted external source reaches a external communication / external network / financial action / code execution call: ask with a Human Seal.
  • If content from a private sensitive source reaches a external communication / external network call: ask.

Strict

For organizations and financial tools. Only cosmetic updates auto-release, untrusted-to-external flows are blocked, and every loosening change needs a Human Seal.

Use Strict
  • Sealed tools: allow. Sealed-with-warnings tools: ask. Pending, unsafe, revoked or contradicted versions are always blocked.
  • When a quarantined version is sealed — cosmetic change: release automatically; documentation: ask; functional: ask; capability expansion: always ask.
  • Calls to tools that can financial action, transaction signing, code execution always ask first, with a Human Seal.
  • If content from a untrusted external source reaches a external communication / external network / financial action / code execution / privileged write call: block with a Human Seal.
  • If content from a private sensitive source reaches a external communication / external network call: ask with a Human Seal.

Lab

Permissive profile for the Attack Lab and testing. Never use it for real servers.

Try it in the Attack Lab
  • Sealed tools: allow. Sealed-with-warnings tools: allow. Pending, unsafe, revoked or contradicted versions are always blocked.
  • When a quarantined version is sealed — cosmetic change: release automatically; documentation: release automatically; functional: release automatically; capability expansion: always ask.
  • If content from a untrusted external source reaches a external communication / external network / financial action call: ask with a Human Seal.
  • If the registry is unreachable after the cache expires: allow with a warning for up to 240 min; high-impact tools: allow with warning.
  • A Human Seal (World ID) is required for: override, high risk ask, namespace claim, dispute.

Ten attacks you can launch
and watch fail, live

What Zoro will never do
tested, not just stated

No unverified tool text reaches the model

Changed descriptions are held back, never forwarded “just this once”.

No call runs against an unsealed version

Unless a verified person overrides that exact action, and it is recorded.

Every verdict can be checked independently

Recompute the fingerprint, check the signature, read the ledger.

Your data stays with you

Public records describe tools, never your prompts, files or identity.

Fail closed, never fail silent

When Zoro cannot decide, the call does not quietly go through.

No overclaiming

Zoro says what was checked and how sure it is. It never calls a tool simply “safe”.

Get started

Run Zoro on your machine, import the clients you already use, and watch every call get checked. Or attack it first.
